I’m Caroline, a Christian mother of 4 amazing kids, holistic wellness and essential oils nerd! I have tried all kinds of “healthy” approaches to my wellness over the years from cleanses, diets, crazy fitness regimens, and more. I was tired of feeling pulled in so many directions, without the time or energy to prioritize the health and life I wanted. It felt very overwhelming trying to find the time to take care of myself while trying to keep up with the needs of my family. I finally started to experience a shift in my wellness, starting with my mental health, when I began working through old identity patterns and beliefs that were holding me back from truly pursuing health from the ground up. I began building a lifestyle of holistic habits that allowed me to experience more confidence in my body, motherhood, and relationship with God. And now I’m ready to share that journey with you!
