As we’ve been digging deeper into the Intuitive Eating process and we’ve been working on trusting our bodies to tell us what and when to eat, we’ve had some interesting thoughts and feelings come up. We want to share our experiences with you in full transparency, because it’s HARD to let go of the food rules that have been programmed into us about how much to eat, when to eat, what to eat, and what our bodies “should” look like.

In this episode, we share about the “hyperawareness” stage of the Intuitive Eating process, and how it’s been eye-opening to see how deeply diet culture has affected us.
