This week on the CrossFit Grandview Podcast, we host legend athlete Mike Gold! Mike competed on our Regional and Games Teams from 2012-2015 and has since taken on an Iron Man Triathlon, half marathons, and consistently finishes among the top in the CrossFit Open at our gym. Currently training for the Master Fitness Championship in Fort Wayne, Indiana this September, Mike shares his fitness journey and insights on staying at a high level for the past 15 years!
