Even Parent's need to be "checked"! Has your child explored a hobby or interest that didn't match with yours? When Jack began painting custom colors on shoes, I didn't automatically support him. Fortunately, mom got "checked" into his creativity and supporting his passion. Together he and I have used this platform for more discussions about his interests and threw in a few life lessons for us both. Maybe you are experiencing this now or have in the past. Let us know!
