Sulphur Springs Trail Race 2024 is in the books! This past weekend, the Ontario trail running community came out in full force for 10k, 20k, 50k, 50mi, 100km, 100mi and 100mi Team Relay events. We recap this amazing weekend of races with those who were there, including host John Shep, Canadian running icon Krista DuChene, Gotta Run Racing podcast hosts Jodi McNeill and Norman Nadon, Consummate Athlete podcast host Molly Hurford, and of course, the Race Director team of Sulphur Springs!
