Manage episode 347031045 series 3416234
Imagine your client walking into your holistic centre or therapy room, inhaling a beautiful aroma and feeling immediately calm before you even begin your treatment. And everywhere they go smells so fresh, clean and inviting.
1. Use 1 drop each of Bergamot, Lavender and Ylang Ylang in a burner in your reception or therapy room. For pregnant women use Neroli or Frankincense instead of Lavender
2. Make a cleaning product with Eucalyptus, Lemon, water and washing up liquid or liquid soap
3. For sinusitis or congestion add Eucalyptus and Lavender to a bowl of warm water and place it under the plinth, so the client can inhale when lying face down. If a client is anxious, stressed or finds it hard to sleep, you could use Bergamot, Lavender and Ylang Ylang instead. If the client is pregnant, replace the Lavender with Frankincense or Neroli
