There are many times in a life when disruption occurs. Either we entered this period of change and transition willingly (by having a baby, accepting a new job, or in Kory's case, adopting a new dog), or these changes are thrust upon us unexpectedly.
In this episode, Kory shares the strategies you can use to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible and that you bounce back from any setbacks quicker than most.

How can I be happier, healthier, and more at peace with myself and my life?"
This wellness podcast will explore the answers to those questions.
