Mary is a force and a long-time friend and supporter of The Self-Aware Millennial podcast. She is a New Orleans native and small business owner. She opened Vitality Community Fitness in 2016 with her wife Kristin Kavanaugh and in 2020 began her newest business endeavor, Mary's Rack. She is also the host of the podcast Planet Nola and can be found across New Orleans' stages as a comedian, MC and personality.
