WHAT WE DISCUSSED
- employee engagement survey called ‘My Say’
- ‘’light touch’’ service reviews – ask for ideas on how to save money and be more efficient.
- EVP – employee value proposition – we asked people what was great about working for Redland City
Council. It was about inviting people to share what they love about working there and to tell their stories on video.
- 2020 initiative to refresh the organisation values. The previous values were right for the time, but they wanted the
voice of the employee to be in the forefront of the eyes of the customer.
- Cultivating inclusivity by celebrating Quandamooka Day on Stradbroke Island.
- the award-winning Wellbeing Through Adventure initiative
- mindfulness walks
