Steve Cates, CFO of Westwater Resources (WWR), joins Shawn Severson, Water Tower Research CEO, Co-founder and Head of Sustainability Research, and Peter Gastreich, analyst on WTR’s Natural Resources and Energy Transition sector teams, to discuss: 1) progress on phase 1 construction of WWR’s Kellyton graphite processing facility in Alabama; 2) new offtake agreements announced this year with SK On (Feb) and Stellantis (July) and what the now 100% contracted volume means for lenders; 3) executing a supply agreement between the Coosa mine and Kellyton processing project; and 4) the value of delivering domestically produced low carbon footprint graphite to customers in the US.
