Resistance. The word resistance brings fear and trembling into most writers' hearts, mainly thanks to Stephen Pressfield who told us that we have to fight resistance like warriors if we want to stay on track as writers and authors. But my approach, as you know, is different.
In today's episode I'm going to give you three ways, including the magic mantra of Tina Turner, so you can turn resistance into opportunity.
What is resistance?
"Where there is a dream, there is resistance," says Stephen Pressfield.

[00:01:20] Resistance is the act of opposing or judging something. It can manifest as fear, doubt, or discomfort.

Resistance especially seeks out those in the creative realm, entrepreneurs, artists, writers, and anyone on a spiritual journey or a [00:02:00] health path.
So how to break free? There are two ways that I know and will share with you in this episode:

1. Either disaster strikes or

2. You explore "the inner path".
I tell two stories that demonstrate "disaster strikes" as a pathway to opportunity.
Then I offer 3 ways I recommend to break free from Resistance by following the "inner path" instead:
