How would you define wealth? There are many different ways for us to calculate true financial wealth. To each person, it may look differently. Truth is, we covet. We always long for a little bit more than what we have. It’s easy for people to make an idol of money and wealth. This love of money, and the accumulation of wealth, has caused temptation within the human heart since currency began being used - including Christians! We conclude our series, Church: Why Bother?, where together we learn about the beautiful design God created for YOU and His church. The Apostle Paul addresses this issue head-on, calling God’s people to view money differently than the world and gives us multiple charges to avoid the temptation and to seek something far greater, true life! In regard to money & a fulfill Christian life, let’s answer the question; what does it look like to finish well? Listen to our final message of the series, Finishing Well, and make the choice to finish well when we focus our lives on pursuing Jesus Christ.
