Today's participant is looking for a seat at the table where the big decisions are made. She feels like the environment she works in is stopping her from being heard and she feels excluded. Together with Wies she realises that the efficient negotiations she has been engaging in at home with her partner, at the kitchen table, could also inspire her approach at work.
