Diagnosis: Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), formerly known as Multiple Personality Disorder
Current Location: The Carcosa Institute

Background:
Mr. Tweedle first presented with symptoms at age 23. He reports experiencing periods of dissociation and memory loss since adolescence. The patient exhibits two distinct alter personalities, colloquially referred to as "Tweedle Dee" and "Tweedle Dum."
Alter Personalities:
1. "Tweedle Dum": Presents as jovial, optimistic, and childlike. Often speaks in rhymes and riddles.
2. "Tweedle Dee": Manifests as more serious, literal-minded, and prone to pessimism.
Treatment History:
- Ongoing psychotherapy since unknown
- Prescribed antidepressants and anti-anxiety medication (see current medications)
- Participated in group therapy for DID patients.
