Alright, folks, buckle up for a wild weather ride in Austin, Texas!
Today, we're looking at a mix of cloudy skies shifting towards mostly sunny with a toasty high near 94 degrees. Now, hold on to your hats because the heat index could soar up to a sizzling 105 degrees. Better stay hydrated out there! Winds will initially be from the south around 5 miles per hour, but expect them to shift to the east later in the day.
Tonight, things cool down a bit with partly cloudy skies and a low dipping to around 75 degrees. Winds will be light, so it's perfect for some stargazing.
As we cruise into tomorrow, get ready for mostly sunny conditions with a high reaching 97 degrees. The heat index could make it feel like 103 degrees, so be sure to find some shade and stay cool. Winds will be calm initially, then pick up to around 5 miles per hour from the east.
Looking ahead to the weekend, get those sunscreen bottles ready because it's going to be sunny and hot! Highs approaching 98 degrees on both Friday and Saturday, with some light winds to cool you down.
