Alright babes - in this solo episode, I'm on a journey to figure out where I am and who I'm becoming. I dive into insights from my Healed Girl School Program and explore how connecting with my higher self is really about embracing my true self.
I talk about facing imposter syndrome, being vulnerable, and learning to be comfortable in my own skin. I joined a new women’s group and it has been CHALLENGING, but it’s pushing me to grow. My current focus is leaning into resistance instead of avoiding it and trusting that I'm where I need to be.
I'm letting go of labels like anxiety and OCD—they're part of my experience but don’t define me. I’m passionate about growth and curious about how I can show up better for others and myself. It's about sitting in the pain, finding happiness in the moment, and seeking depth in all my relationships.
