It's really easy to get hung up on numbers - sales, hourly rates, followers, likes and so on.
And these bits of data are important, but to keep those numbers strong, we need to remember that behind every number is a person.
Because when we do this, we give everyone - not just our clients - a great experience. And people remember great experiences.
