Identity is everything. We give things identity when we name them, or describe their functions. People bear names for identity purposes. Its a terrible thing for one to have no knowledge of their identity. When a person loses identity, they lose their language, their name, their appearance, even their confidence in their abilities diminishes . A believer in Christ is effective in the walk of salvation when he or she knows his or her identity in Christ. The believer is not deceived or manipulated when he knows his identity.
