An acceleration in the evolution of digital technology, the continued growth of eCommerce, the benefits of 3PL outsourcing services for shippers, and trends such as nearshoring mean that demand for modern logistics facilities, fulfillment centers and warehouses remains strong across Europe. In many European countries, however, land in key distribution hubs is scarce and the administrative requirements are complex.
