Extrinsic will maintain you. It will enable you to continue. As long as Tyrik comes on and excites me for the moment I can make it to next Tuesday and still LIKE cutting hair. School is cool as long as he’s there encouraging me motivating me.

SUSTAIN

Intrinsic will sustain you even when tyrik takes a week off of TTT or he’s not at the school I’m there because something inside of me is driving me.

You're there bc you LOVE it. Most times the intrinsic force is selfless and the extrinsic is selfish. 😳
