Laughter Yoga is a technique in which anyone can laugh for no apparent reason without relying on humor or jokes. You can laugh no matter what mood you're in so long you're willing to do so. If you fake it, you can make it! The health benefits are the same.

Miri Alperson is the owner of I LAUGH YOGA. On this episode of Tuesday's Tips, Miri goes into the importance of daily laughter for our lives.

Laughter is a muscle that we are born with that was built into our character as an infant. As adults, we have the tendency to forget to laugh like we used to when we were kids.

For these reasons, she decided to become a certified laughter yoga therapist. The gift that was given so naturally to me, is something I love to pass onto others she said. Everyone has a right to be happy, but not everyone has the road map to get there. With the skills you learn in a laughter yoga session, you can allow your body and soul to experience relief and joy by child-like playfulness.
