When asked about this observation, ADA Lally probed further, only to be met with objections from the defense, highlighting the contentious nature of the evidence presented.
Further complicating the narrative, Nagel noted the presence of a black SUV outside the residence, which departed before she left with the McCabe family. This vehicle's presence and subsequent disappearance add another layer to the mysterious circumstances surrounding the night before O’Keefe was found dead.
