Today I'm talking to John Richardson, a top real estate agent with ONE Sotheby's International Realty in Ponte Vedra and Northeast Florida and a coaching client with BreakthroughLuxury. John got his real estate license less than 3 years ago. Today his sales are in the tens of millions annually. His average sales price is close to $1,500,000, 6 times the average sales price in his market. In the first quarter of this year, he was at the same volume in sales he closed in all of last year.
John shares his mindset, tangible steps that have created his success. He tells us his stories and brings us in to relive them. John brings us back to the days before real estate when he says he didn't and couldn't have imagined his success now. He shares the moments and struggles from the start, questioning if he could or couldn't really make it in this business.
