Recently, we sat down with one of the DMV's hottest underground artists JOONY for an exclusive interview live on Eaton Radio in Washington, DC just before his sold out listening party for the release of his SILENT BATTLES DELUXE project. At age 21, Joony has already made a national name for himself for his magnetically mellow delivery and catchy hooks, garnering the attention of not only major platforms but mega artists as well, including friend and collaborator Brent Faiyaz, Ty Fontaine and Mavi.
