In this episode, my friend Haley opens up about her lifelong struggle with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), as well as the shame and secrecy that kept her bound for so long. We also discuss the church's hesitancy to address mental health, the tension of both pursuing freedom while acknowledging one’s current struggle, and the question of whether we ought to claim mental health issues as part of our identity.
