In this episode Wildrunners Colin and Dan chat about 2022 as it draws to an end. We chat about the wildrunners in general and what a year it has been within the community raising over £1000 for charities and the amazing guests we have had on the podcast. We also chat about the year we have had with our own running, fitness and race achievements.
