The Wildrunners are joined by the inspirational Tom Nicholas aka @mrtomnicholas. In this episode we chat to Team Grit OCR athlete/ Tough Mudder ambassador Tom about his Endure 4 challenge. Tom has set himself 4 huge challenges to help raise money for the Wales Air Ambulance who have helped his grandad in the past. He ticked number 1 off last year which was the London Marathon which he absolutely smashed just 7 days after the Spartan Race Ultra in Scotland. The remaining 3 challenges are to summit Mount Kilimanjaro, complete the Worlds Toughest Mudder and smash the Ironman in Wales which he is currently training incredibly hard for.
