This week I have a laser focused and super practical episode for you on how you can run a SWOT analysis to uncover the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats within your business.
Now, if you’re thinking, Faye, a SWOT analysis sounds a bit stuffy, well I hear you.
However, while the wedding industry is a creative place and far from the corporate world, we still need strategies and tools to build and grow our successful wedding business and anything that allows us to look inwards at our business to see what’s working and what’s not working, really is worth its weight in gold.
