This podcast is created to inform athletes or those interested in sports of the common injuries and the regulations that help or hinder these injuries. We also speak about how players have handled these injuries and the effects they could have socially, emotionally and mentally. We want to speak scientifically in some episodes but also more informally in other episodes where we are having conversations.
