Today's episode is all about understanding and accepting our masculine and feminine energies. We all naturally have both sides to us. Some live a little more in one or the other, but different energies tend to take over different aspects of our lives. I tend to lean into my more aggressive, action-oriented masculine energy in business however, I love to dive into my divine feminine energy when I practice my spirituality. Both are strong in different ways. Feminine energy is all about the calm, flowing, soft strength. Masculine energy is about the focused, black and white, driven strength. This episode will help you recognize which energy you sit in most often and when. It will also help you to pinpoint the different activities you partake in that help you to feed that energy in your day to day life. Knowing what each energy looks like to you will help you to gain a better awareness of who you are and your natural tendencies.
