Are you finding yourself always giving but never asking for anything? That's normal, and as a woman we tend to put these expectations or even standards on ourselves that we probably wouldn't place on others. It's OK, I've been there too, but after guidance and help from my good friend, pastor and qualified counsellor Christie Kirk, I've been able to recognise and address these feelings and behaviours that don't serve me.
