Professor Frank Mitloehner, Department of Animal Science, University of California, joined Pat Murphy, Teagasc’s Head of Environment Knowledge Transfer, on the latest podcast version of the Signpost Series, to discuss ‘Sustainable Livestock, Sustainable Future: Why we need a toolkit of solutions to improve sustainability in Animal Agriculture’.
