In this week's episode, I wanted to get raw and real with you.
About two hours prior to this recording I had an emotional breakthrough and felt so overwhelmed and restricted from the external stressors of life.
I cried, felt undeniable emotion, and just absorbed the moment as it was intended to be.
I use to struggle to allow myself to fully express how I was feeling. I would hide it and act like everything was good when it truly wasn't.
I realized after many years this was the wrong way to go about expressing emotions.
I now feel immediate relief after feeling what I am meant to feel at any given moment...
IT FEELS GREAT BECAUSE IT IS WHAT MY MIND AND BODY NEED IN THAT GIVEN TIME.
