We have all been affected at some point in our lives by something that someone else said about us, either to our face or behind our back to someone else. That’s just hurtful. This act, and the words spoken during this act can leave us feeling powerless and vulnerable.

Over time, people’s words and perception of us can actually shape our own beliefs about ourselves, how we navigate through our relationships, jobs, social situations and even self-care.

And unfortunately this is the biggest tragedy. This fear of judgment buries itself deep down in our subconscious; creating limiting beliefs and holding us back from doing things that will actually improve our lives.

In this podcast – Fear Of Being Judged? Hammer It Out! – I’ll be sharing 3 key steps you can implement everyday for lasting results. On the surface, it’s easy to think of this fear as being negative, but you CAN find the power and positivity in it.

This fear of being judged, while not natural, is very common. It can disable, disengage and disempower us. And failure to overcome it can keep us from succeeding in life. Believe me, you weren’t born to fear others, or yourself for that matter. So let’s hammer that judgment out shall we!
