Message: From an outside perspective it is difficult to image life as a Christian. Jesus knows about our infirmity, it's fears and demons, the separation it causes and the torment it brings. He desires us to have abundant life and to to free us from the bondage of sin. He lets us see ourselves and our sin through His Word. Do we make a change or say, "it's too much"? Are we ready for Jesus in our life or see the relationship as torment? May it be as we proclaim the name of Jesus, there is beauty and joy is His offer of abundant life, broken chains, hope and our name in the book of life! As Lord and Savior, he has everything to do with us from beginning to end. It may seem daunting, but God works in you to do His good pleasure through the sacrifice of His Son and the Spirit infused in us.
Scripture: Matthew 8:28-29 "When He had come to the other side, to the country of the Gergesenes, there met Him two demon-possessed men, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that no one could pass that way. And suddenly they cried out, saying, “What have we to do with You, Jesus, You Son of God? Have You come here to torment us before the time?” NKJV
