I'm dedicating the first 2 weeks of 2024 to daily reminders of the different ways that we can renew our minds.
This was a tough one, but I knew that it was a topic that should be addressed. The extremes of mental health issues are difficult to talk about, but still important.
Amie Patrick's husband took his own life after years of depression. She has arrived at a point of great healing and spoke in great detail with me in a previous episode.
