An "act of bad faith" - that's how the finance minister Conor Murphy has described the financial package offered by Westminster to support the Stormont deal.
One billion pounds of new money is on the table.
Another billion is expected to be added as an automatic result of spending plans for the entire UK.
Last night in a series of tweets Secretary of State Julian Smith said "Let’s remember MLAs have been off work 3yrs at a cost of £15m+ in salaries.

Mr Smith also the parties need to sort their priorities.
