You need to catch knee ligament injuries as early as you can (and don't mis-diagnose them)...

Or the consequences are not great!

Plus...

Rest is not best for any injury...

And knee ligament injuries are no different.

Unless that is...

You want the quads to waste away and give yourself a bigger task to get your patient back to full fitness.

I'm guessing not!
