NEB Production Scientist Lindsey Spiegelman, joins us to explain the seamless DNA assembly method NEBuilder, which was developed at NEB. NEBuilder HiFi offers fast, accurate assembly of DNA fragments, including the ability to easily assemble DNA libraries, as well as the ability perform multisite mutagenesis in a single reaction.
