Hour 1 - Georgia's run defense will be tested by Alabama's prolific running game On this Friday edition of The Morning Shift, Rob Tribble, filling in for Tiffany Blackmon, Mike Johnson, and Beau Morgan, kickoff the show by reacting to the Atlanta Braves deciding to start Max Fried tonight in their game versus the Kansas City Royals, go day-to-day when it comes to starting pitching based on their results and those of both the D-backs and Mets, and save Chris Sale for an elimination game situation. Next, The Morning Shift crew continues the opening hour by previewing the Falcons matchup with the Saints on Sunday. Robb, Mike, and Beau discuss how the injured offensive lines for the Falcons and the Saints will affect the game, why the play of Grady Jarrett and David Onyemata will be super important this week, and why the secondary will have to play their best game of the season so far on Sunday. The guys also let you hear Atlanta Falcons Safety Jessie Bates talk about the defense bending but not breaking, and react to what Bates had to say as well. Finally, to close out the opening hour, Robb, Mike, and Beau preview Georgia’s big game against Alabama tomorrow.
