Ms. Kippenhan serves as an executive leader of all HR-related activities for Comcast throughout the state of Washington. She is also the leading executive in the state for building a workforce that includes active military/reservists and military veterans, as well as women and minorities/people of color.

She previously served as Comcast’s West Division Vice President of Talent Management and Operations in Denver, Col, where she oversaw talent acquisition practices across 14 states.
