8. How to get off the diet-struggle bus

If you are like me, you KNOW the struggle of the on-again, off-again diet-struggle bus. I lived this way for years - starting every Monday, going strong for a few days, then falling off within days. Living this way I was never able to achieve my goals and I was in a perpetual cycle of poor habits and low self-esteem. I even struggled most recently after the birth of my 6th baby.
But with some consistent changes in key areas, a re-commitment to feeling great and taking care of myself FIRST - along with the right nutrition system to help me achieve my goals, I was able to get back on track with a healthy lifestyle - and most important - health MINDSET - that has allowed me to feel great and start losing weight and getting my body more in alignment with how I want to show up in the world.
