We’re so excited to focus on simple nutrition tips, at-home workouts, and mindset strategies to help you create a healthy body and balanced life.

Each week, we’re going to talk about some of the different diets we've tried. We don’t know if what works for us also works for you. And so, we're going to help you find what works for you. It isn’t just a matter of getting to your goal weight – we just want you to live a healthy and happy life!

  • The most popular episodes have been about health, fitness, and mindset - so we’re PIVOTing to those topics.
  • There are a lot of people who get to their goal weight through some unhealthy means and we want you to get to your goal weight and live a healthy happy life.

  • We’ll be including ideas to help even the busiest women feel healthier, happier and more confident.
