Dr. Linger excellently simplifies the mind-body processes by which we experience joy; and she tells us that joy is no accident. She also includes practical tips, such as 1) start with gratitude and 2) make a plan. Hear how she does it. And you’ll be amazed at how easy it can be for you to adapt to your situation and start to cultivate joy. For example, plan to do something that you enjoy on your day off.
