I am really excited to interview Victoria, who is a health and wellbeing coach and founder of the women's lifestyle collective which is a nourishing wellness hub, it helps people create sustainable healthy lifestyle habits through tools, plans and accountability.
We discuss the need for balance between health, personal life and business life, and how Victoria manages this balance in her personal life.
Victoria explains how just 5 minutes of meditation or journalling each day can make a huge difference to our lives by helping you to understand how you are feeling, you can start to realise what has caused that feeling, and reflect on that to help you make changes to avoid feeling that way in the future.
Victoria explains her journey to creating the Women's Lifestyle Collective, and the transition from being a lawyer to finding her passion with health and wellness.
She explains how you can join the collective and what support is available when you join.
