Welcome to Speaking of Money! It's Jana Mannina here with Sam White. Sam is a mortgage broker and banker, and we have worked together since the early 2000s. He is consistently a top producer and is super competitive market with hundreds of millions of dollars in fundings, but more importantly he and his team have served thousands of families with a huge percentage of them being first responders and other community heroes.
This is a cause near and dear to Sam. He's a medically retired Sheriff's deputy and he continues to serve the community by serving those who serve. He's a husband, a father, an avid golfer, and one of the luckiest son of gun we've ever met on the blackjack table, but he's also an expert in this field.
And he's here to talk about buying real estate, living out the American dream and some of the tips and tricks to assess if you're ready to buy when the right time to buy is and things that you can do to be preparing ahead of time. This is going to be a great and informative episode!
