You could be good today, but we choose tomorrow. So, we put it off.
We say, tomorrow I will start that diet, tomorrow I will read that book. I'm not going to do it today; I'm going to do it tomorrow. The problem isn’t that we don't know how to do it, it is simply we do not take the steps. It all comes down to the discipline of action.
Ask yourself, what if tomorrow never comes? That will pretty much clarify things………
