Devoting a personal episode to riff on some things I've been observing within myself over the last several months. The hope is that maybe you'll resonate with some of it, too.
Things like...
- acclimating to a new place
- enjoying whats right in front of you
- being given vs. creating a sense of belonging and community
- putting up energetic walls
- exploring creativity, and creating for the sake of creation rather than the outcome
- learning from our past self as well as our future self
- hitting a pause on learning and returning to what we already know to build self-confidence
