Daniel 8 shares a terrifying vision that foretells that a king from the Greek empire would arise and oppress God’s people preventing them from worshipping Yahweh. Though God would stop this mad king, the king gives a sobering glimpse into the events of the end times, where a similarly ruthless leader will rise up against God.
