Jon arrived in the Dayton Upstairs Recording Studio to talk about one of his all-time favorite films, Stanley Kubrick's Barry Lyndon, an adaptation of the William Makepeace Thackery novel. In the course of the episode, we discuss what it means to have a favorite film, and what sort of movie gets a full five stars. I'd love to explore both those topics more in the future.

This is our first episode in almost two years with no real technical problems to speak of. Although there was something weird that happened with our microphone inputs, it was sorted out in editing. There is no popping, no hissing, no dropping out of audio. This is a fine piece of entertainment for your ears.
